Reporting, documents & automations
- Automation approvals and retriesWhen an automation reaches an approval step, it pauses and the approver sees it in Decisions. Excel is for analysis: a Data sheet with real dates and numbers, a filter and a frozen header, plus Report and Definitions sheets.
- What is an automation? An automation starts when something happens in an application (for example a CRM deal is won), checks your conditions, then does its steps: notify people, add an action or ask for an approval.
