How to export a schedule to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or CSV
Short answer: Open the project's Schedule tab, choose Export and pick Microsoft Project XML, Primavera P6 XER, Primavera P6 XML or CSV (spreadsheet). The file downloads straight away.
