Application courses
Master the PVology applications
Short, visual courses on using PVology applications day to day, separate from the professional certification pathways.
ProjectOrbit Navigator — Mastering the PVology Project & Delivery Workspace
A short, visual course on using ProjectOrbit day to day: navigation and My Work, creating projects with quick create and the wizard, WBS, tasks and the task board, schedule, milestones and baselines, team and resources, risks, issues and changes, cost and earned value, reports, the customer portal, PMO views, notifications and the attention list, and closing a project.
Course v1.0 · covers ProjectOrbit Build 14
Leads to: PVology Certified ProjectOrbit User (PCOU), valid for one year. 35 short sessions · about 7 hours.
PCOU shows that the holder can use the PVology ProjectOrbit application confidently and correctly for the build named on the credential. It validates application usage only: it is not a professional project-management certification and says nothing about the holder's project-management competence.
ProjectOrbit Refresh — What's New & Essential Review
A short refresher for PCOU holders: the critical ProjectOrbit workflows, controls and approvals, security and privacy reminders, and what is new since the version your credential covers, with a short assessment. Passing the assessment is required to renew PCOU; reading the lessons alone does not renew it.
Course v1.0 · covers ProjectOrbit Build 14
Renews PVology Certified ProjectOrbit User (PCOU). 6 short sessions · about 1 hours.
The refresher renews PCOU, an application-usage credential. It is not a professional project-management certification.

How certification works
Learning, practice, examination, approval
1. Learn
Twelve modules of original teaching with worked examples, activities, job aids and knowledge checks.
2. Practise
Apply the methods in a personal sandbox and submit a practical capstone that a reviewer scores against a rubric.
3. Examine
Book a certification exam: scenario questions drawn from a private bank and checked against a published blueprint.
4. Get certified
After academy approval you receive a certificate, a card and a badge with a verification link, valid for three years.
Completing a course is not the same as being certified. PVology certifications are PVology credentials; they are not issued, accredited or endorsed by PMI, ISO, SAVE International or any other body. A foundation (Level 1) certification shows foundation knowledge, not extensive professional experience.
Trust
Every credential can be verified
Each certificate has a QR code and a link to its live record, which shows whether it is active, expired, suspended or revoked, with only the minimum information.

Frequently asked questions
Is a course certificate the same as a certification?
No. Completing a course shows you finished the learning. A PVology certification is awarded only after you pass the certification exam, your practical work is approved and the Academy approves the result. Certifications are valid for three years.
Who recognises PVology certifications?
They are PVology credentials. They are not issued, accredited or endorsed by PMI, ISO, SAVE International or any other body, and they are not equivalent to those bodies' certifications.
How long do I have to study?
A Course + Exam purchase gives three calendar months of access to the course and to the exam, starting when payment is confirmed. The exact deadline is shown before you pay and in your Academy.
What if I do not pass?
After a finalized failed result you can buy an Exam Retake once the waiting period has passed (by default 7 days), up to the maximum attempts for your enrollment (by default 3).
How do I keep my certification?
Renew every three years with documented continuing development (by default 30 hours for Level 1 and 45 for Level 2), a short refresher and an integrity declaration, approved by the Academy.
What are application courses?
Application courses teach you to use a PVology application well, starting with ProjectOrbit Navigator. They are complimentary for ProjectOrbit users and lead to the PVology Certified ProjectOrbit User (PCOU) credential, valid for one year and renewed with a short refresher assessment. PCOU validates application usage; it is not a professional project-management certification.
Can an employer check my certification?
Yes. Every credential has a verification link and QR code that shows whether it is active, expired, suspended or revoked, with only the minimum information.
