Automation approvals and retries
Short answer: When an automation reaches an approval step, it pauses and the approver sees it in Decisions. Open it, read what happens if you approve, then choose Approve or Reject. Failed steps are retried after 1, 5 and 30 minutes; runs that still fail appear under Automations → Failed runs, where owners and administrators can choose Retry.

Who decides:
The automation names the approver: organization owners and administrators, the project managers of the related project, or a specific member. PVology checks on the server that you are that person before the decision is recorded.
