How to export your data
Short answer: Open an application's main list and choose Export CSV to download its records. Projects schedules can also be exported to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project XML or CSV. A single export of your whole account is not available yet.

Steps
- Switch Working in to the workspace whose data you want.
- Open Menu → Applications and open the application (Projects, Compliance, Value, Risk, Strategy or Performance).
- On its main list, choose Export CSV. The file includes archived records.
- For a project schedule, open the project, choose Schedule, then Export and pick Microsoft Project XML, Primavera P6 XER, Primavera P6 XML or CSV (spreadsheet).
