How can we help?
Step-by-step answers for PVology, written for what you are trying to do.
PVology Dealflow
- Automate routine sales work and run follow-up sequencesCRM Admins set automations in CRM → Settings → Automation: when something happens (a lead is created, a deal changes stage, a deal is won), check conditions, then create a task, assign an owner, add a tag, notify or start a sequence. Sequences turn timed follow-up steps into tasks for the owner.
- Collect leads with the PVology-hosted website formCRM Admins open CRM → Settings → Channels and choose Turn on the form. Share the form link from your website or messages; each submission arrives as a new lead, scored and assigned like any other.
- Convert a qualified lead into a contact, company and dealOpen the lead and choose Convert lead. PVology creates the contact, finds or creates the company, and can create a deal in the first stage of your pipeline, without retyping anything. The lead's history moves with the person.
- CRM roles: who can see, edit, configure and approvePVology CRM has four roles: CRM Admin, Sales Manager, Sales Representative and Read only. Organization owners and administrators start as CRM Admins and members as Sales Representatives. CRM Admins change roles and teams in CRM → Settings → Team and roles.
- Explore PVology CRM with demo data and remove itChoose Explore with demo data to add a small, clearly marked set of companies, leads, deals and activities. Remove it in one step with Remove all demo data (type remove to confirm). Removing demo data never touches your own records.
- Get started with PVology CRMOpen CRM from the menu and answer four short setup questions. PVology recommends a sales pipeline that fits how you sell; accept it or adjust it, then choose Start using CRM. You can explore with demo data first.
- Import CRM records from a spreadsheet and export themOpen CRM → Settings → Import, upload a CSV file of leads, contacts, companies or deals, match the columns, choose what to do with duplicates and run the import. The result shows created, updated, skipped and failed rows with reasons. Export lists as CSV from CRM settings and reports.
- Log calls, meetings, emails and notes, and manage follow-up tasksUse Log activity on any lead, contact, company or deal, or open CRM → Activities. Logged calls, meetings, emails and notes appear on the timeline; tasks and follow-ups with a due date appear on your list until you choose Done.
- Move deals through the pipeline, record won or lost, and read deal healthOpen CRM → Deals to see the pipeline board. Drag a card to another stage, or use its Move to… list. Moving a deal to Won or Lost asks for the reason. Each deal shows its health (Healthy, Attention, At risk, Critical) with the reasons.
- Read sales reports, set goals and use the forecastOpen CRM → Reports for revenue won, win rate, average deal and time to close, funnel, leads by source and win and loss reasons. The forecast shows closed won plus weighted pipeline against your goal for the period. Every figure comes from your records.
- Use company and contact 360 views and link a PVology organizationOpen a company or contact to see everything in one place: details, people, open pipeline, won revenue, activities and the full timeline. If the company uses PVology, link its PVology organization to see that it is a PVology customer and any open support requests.
- Use PVology AI in CRM: deal summaries, meeting preparation and draftsOn a deal, the PVology AI panel can summarize the deal, prepare you for a meeting, draft a follow-up email or suggest call talking points. Drafts are suggestions you read and edit: Copy them, or Save as note. Nothing is sent or changed automatically. The Deal brief works without AI.
- Work with leads and understand the lead scoreLeads are people who may buy but are not yet qualified. Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100 with the reasons shown (Why this score), and is assigned to an owner by your routing rules. Contact, qualify or unqualify a lead from its page.
