Import CRM records from a spreadsheet and export them
Short answer: Open CRM → Settings → Import, upload a CSV file of leads, contacts, companies or deals, match the columns, choose what to do with duplicates and run the import. The result shows created, updated, skipped and failed rows with reasons. Export lists as CSV from CRM settings and reports.

Before you start
Save your spreadsheet as CSV with a header row. Importing needs a CRM role that can import (Sales Manager or CRM Admin).
