Use PVology AI in CRM: deal summaries, meeting preparation and drafts

Short answer: On a deal, the PVology AI panel can summarize the deal, prepare you for a meeting, draft a follow-up email or suggest call talking points. Drafts are suggestions you read and edit: Copy them, or Save as note. Nothing is sent or changed automatically. The Deal brief works without AI.

Steps

  1. Open CRM → Deals and open a deal. Find the PVology AI panel.
  2. Choose Summarize deal, Prepare for meeting, Draft follow-up email or Talking points.
  3. Read the draft, labelled PVology AI suggestion — check before using. Edit it in the box.
  4. Choose Copy to use it elsewhere, Save as note to keep it on the deal (marked as drafted by PVology AI), or Close draft without saving.
