Academy, research & support
- How PVology Academy and certification workChoose a ProjectOrbit or ValueLens course, study the sessions, submit the capstone, pass the certification exam and receive academy approval. Certifications are PVology credentials valid for three years, verifiable by anyone.
- How to book, take and get the result of a certification examOpen your course → Exam details, book an exam time, and start when the window opens. The timer runs on PVology's server, answers save as you go, and the result is provisional until PVology Academy reviews it.
- How to contact PVology SupportOpen Menu → Help & Support, describe your request under How can we help?, optionally attach a file, and choose Submit request. You get a case number at once and a confirmation email.
- How to follow, answer or reopen a support requestOpen Menu → Help & Support and select the case under Your requests. You can reply, confirm with This solved my issue, choose I still need help, reopen a closed request with a reply, and rate the support.
- How to renew a PVology certificationRenewal opens 180 days before expiry. Buy the Certification Renewal, then submit your continuing development (30 hours for Level 1, 45 for Level 2), the refresher and the integrity declaration from the credential page. PVology Academy approves it.
- How to study a course, complete sessions and submit the capstoneOpen Menu → Academy, choose Start learning, read each session and pass its knowledge check (75% or more), then submit the capstone from the course page. Notes and bookmarks are saved per session.
- Why a support email link says the request is linked to another accountThe request belongs to a different PVology account or to an organization you are not working in. Sign in with the email address that received the message, or switch to that organization and open the link again.
- Your certificate, card, badge and verification linkOpen Academy → My certifications → View to print or save your certificate and card, share your verification link or QR code, add it to LinkedIn, or show the badge beside your name. Anyone can verify it at pvology.com/academy/verify.
