How to read a KPI from CRM (or ProjectOrbit, Value, Governance & Assurance)
Short answer: On the measure's Source tab choose a PVology figure, for example CRM win rate, pipeline value or days to close, and choose Bind source. The figure comes from the source application's own calculation; if it cannot be read, the measure shows Source unavailable with the last value.

When to use this
A KPI already exists as a figure in another PVology application and should not be typed twice.
