How to choose a KPI's direction (higher, lower, target value or range)
Short answer: On the measure's Definition (or the How it is judged step of New measure) choose the Direction: Higher is better, Lower is better, Target value, Target range, Binary or milestone, or Custom. The calculated status reads the actual against the target in that direction.
