Why can't I permanently delete a record or a user?
Short answer: PVology archives records instead of deleting them so history, audit, reports and links stay intact. People are deactivated rather than deleted, and their projects, reports, tickets and decisions stay with the organization. Permanent deletion is limited to PVology's Super Admin for content that is safe to remove.

Deleting business records can break reports, decisions and the audit trail. Archive keeps the record out of the way and lets you restore it.
