What the message means:
This code is not valid: the code does not exist. Check the spelling.
This code is not active / This code is not valid yet / This code has expired: it is outside its dates or paused.
This code does not apply to the selected billing cycle: switch between Annual and Monthly.
This code does not apply to your selection: it is for another plan, application or add-on.
This code is for new customers only / for existing customers only.
