Short answer: Ask PVology only answers from your knowledge library, approved experience and the PVology Guide. When nothing relevant is found it says so (Not enough information) instead of guessing.

Nothing relevant was found in your organization's knowledge, approved experience or the PVology Guide.
The matching sources are Restricted, so they are listed but not sent to PVology AI.
The experience exists but is still a candidate, draft or under review. Only approved experience is used.
You are in a different workspace from the one that holds the information.
