Who can verify an improvement or close a CAPA? (Verified by the case lead)
Short answer: For a CAPA, the effectiveness reviewer and the person who closes it must differ from the lead, unless the workspace has one person or the lead also holds the reviewer (or approver) role; then it is allowed and shown as "Verified by the case lead". For other cases a different verifier is recommended.
