How to verify an improvement (or review a CAPA's effectiveness)
Short answer: When every action is done or cancelled, choose Move to verification. On Verification (Effectiveness for a CAPA) choose the result against the criteria agreed before the change (Met, Partly met, Not met, Insufficient evidence), give the evidence and Record the result. Completing actions never records a result.
