How to upgrade your plan, add users or add AI Plus
Short answer: Open Menu → Billing → Plan, users & AI, choose the new plan, number of Full Members or billing cycle and choose Preview change, then Review and pay. To add AI Plus, choose Add AI Plus. On the free plan, choose Choose a plan in Billing.

Steps (you already have a paid plan):
- Open Menu → Billing and choose Plan, users & AI.
- Choose the Plan and, in an organization, the number of Full Members. Keep the same Billing cycle.
- Choose Preview change. Impact of this change shows the new recurring amount.
- If it is an upgrade, choose Review and pay, check Checkout and confirm.
- For more AI assistance, choose Add AI Plus under PVology AI Plus and confirm on Checkout.
