How to standardize an improvement
Short answer: After a verified result choose Move to standardization. On Standardize and sustain add standardization items (process map version, procedure, training, control change, KPI update, standard work, knowledge, documentation, communication), linked to where the standard lives, and resolve each as Done or Not needed.
