How PVology keeps your account and data secure
Short answer: PVology protects sign-in with strong passwords, optional or required two-step sign-in, session controls and security emails, keeps each workspace's data separate, and records security activity you can review.

Your account:
Passwords have at least 12 characters, and repeated sign-in attempts are limited.
Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and one-time recovery codes. Organizations can require it for all members in Administration → Security & AI.
Active sessions and Recent account activity in Menu → Security, with Sign out other sessions.
Emails when your password or two-step sign-in changes. These security emails cannot be switched off and never contain secrets.
