How to perform a sustainment check (sustainment review)
Short answer: The check is due a set number of days after the verified result (90 by default). On Standardize and sustain → Sustainment check choose the result (Sustained, Partially sustained, Not sustained, Too early to tell, Review required), answer the recurrence, stability and control questions and Record the check. Not sustained reopens the case.
