How evidence is reviewed, expires and is replaced (current, expiring, expired, superseded, rejected)
Short answer: A reviewer opens the evidence's Review tab, chooses Accept or Reject (with a note) and Record review. Evidence is Current, Expiring soon (within 30 days of Valid until), Expired, Superseded by a newer version, or Rejected. Replace it on the Versions tab with Record new version.
