How to record and monitor strategic assumptions

Short answer: Open More → Assumptions → New assumption with the statement, owner, source, confidence, impact if false, whether it is critical, a monitoring measure and a review date. Review it with Reviewed: still holds or Change status. An invalid critical assumption lists what it affects and asks for a strategy review.
