How to present proposals and record decisions
Short answer: In Presentation choose Mark as presented, then a person who can approve records the Decision (approve, approve with conditions, defer or reject) with a reason, the approved value, conditions, implementation owner and follow-up date. Open the printable study report from the same page.

Steps
- Choose 7. Presentation. The Decision register lists every proposal with its status and values.
- Choose Mark as presented when the proposal has been presented.
- Choose Decision, enter the Reason and Approved value, and choose Record decision.
- Choose Open the printable study report and use Print or save as PDF.
