How to record a management decision and its follow-up actions
Short answer: In a review choose Record a decision (or Reviews → Decisions and actions → Record a decision): the decision type, what was decided and why, alternatives, evidence, expected outcome and review date. Add action for each follow-up, or save the reason no action is needed; later record the outcome review.
