What happens when a notification link opens a record in another workspace
Short answer: Notification and email links open the exact record and tab. If the record belongs to another workspace you belong to, PVology says so and offers Open in that workspace or Stay here. If you can no longer open it, the page explains why instead of showing an error.

Steps
- Choose the link in the notification or email.
- If you see This is in <organization>, choose Open in <organization> to switch and open the record there, or Stay here.
- If you see You can't open this link any more, read the reason and Who can change it, and choose the next step (for example Ask your administrator or Go to Home).
