How PVology AI decides what information to use

Short answer: PVology AI only uses information from the workspace you are in and that you are allowed to see, and each task receives only the facts it needs. Names are replaced with placeholders before anything is sent.

How it works:

Workspace: answers use the workspace in Working in. Your organization's knowledge and experience are never mixed with another organization's.

Permission: PVology only uses records you can open yourself.

Minimum information: each task gets only what it needs. Risk suggestions use the project profile, scope and schedule position, without budget, contract value, exact dates, people or documents. Report narratives use only the figures PVology already calculated for the report; cost figures only for people allowed to see financials. Ask PVology uses your question and the matching sources.

Restricted information: sources classified as Restricted are listed with Restricted: not sent to AI but are not sent.

Evidence: answers and drafts show which sources they were based on.
