How to group objectives into strategic themes
Short answer: Open the strategy → Themes and choose Add a theme, with an optional perspective label. Set the theme on each objective. Move themes up or down, or archive one.

Your objectives belong to a few big themes or perspectives and you want the strategy map and reports to show them that way.
