How to generate ideas and evaluate them
Short answer: In Creativity record every idea for each function without judging (scores stay hidden). In Evaluation rate ideas 1 to 5 on visible weighted criteria, individually or as a team; PVology shows the weighted score, flags mandatory criteria below threshold and shows sensitivity to weight changes.

Steps
- Choose 4. Creativity. Under Add an idea enter the Idea, the Function it serves and the Technique, and choose Add idea. Add ideas with PVology AI adds unreviewed ideas marked PVology AI idea.
- Choose By group to group ideas and mark Interest.
- Choose 5. Evaluation. Open Evaluation criteria to change the criteria, weights, mandatory flags and minimum ratings.
- In Ranked ideas choose Score, then save My individual score or the Team (agreed) score.
- Use Screening to shortlist, hold or reject ideas; rejecting needs a reason and the idea is kept.
