What are the eight phases of a value study?
Short answer: A value study follows the Job Plan: Preparation, Information, Function analysis, Creativity, Evaluation, Development, Presentation and Implementation. PVology shows them as numbered steps at the top of every study, each marked Not started, In progress, Complete, Reopened or Needs review.
