How to downgrade your plan or reduce users
Short answer: Open Menu → Billing → Plan, users & AI, choose the smaller plan, fewer Full Members or another billing cycle, choose Preview change and then Schedule this change. It takes effect at your renewal date.

Steps
- Open Menu → Billing and choose Plan, users & AI.
- Choose the new Plan, fewer Full Members or another Billing cycle, and choose Preview change.
- Read Impact of this change: applications no longer included, people who hold more seats than the new plan has, and features that become read-only.
- Choose Schedule this change.
- To stop AI Plus, choose Remove AI Plus at renewal.
