How to create a strategic initiative and prioritize it
Short answer: Open Initiatives → New initiative: name, strategy, the objectives it delivers, owner, sponsor, dates and delivery (ProjectOrbit projects, Non-project work or Both). Rate it on Prioritization; the weighted rating shows its basis beside the priority a person sets.
