Why does my case say "Closed before the 90-day sustainment check"?
Short answer: The case was closed early by someone with the highest role on the process (its owner or lead, or an organization owner or administrator) before the sustainment check confirmed the result. The case and every report show the note permanently; "Closed without verified result" means it closed before verification.
