Short answer: A finding and its remediation stay in Governance & Assurance and are verified and closed there. A CAPA in OpsCatalyst removes the operational cause and prevents recurrence; it never closes the finding. ProjectOrbit issues and lessons belong to one project; Improve or Raise operational problem turns them into organizational improvement.
