How to cancel your subscription
Short answer: Open Menu → Billing, choose Cancel subscription, tick that you understand when it ends and choose Cancel at period end. You keep access until the end of the paid period and your data is kept.

Before you start
Only the owner or a Billing Administrator (or you, in your personal workspace) can cancel. You may want to export your registers first, although nothing is deleted.
