How to archive and restore records
Short answer: Archive removes a record from the active list but keeps it, its history and its links. Use the Show filter (Active, Archived, All) to find archived records, then select them and choose Restore.

Steps
- In the register, select the records and choose Archive (or archive a single record from its page).
- To find archived records, set Show to Archived (or All) and choose Filter.
- Select them and choose Restore.
