How PVology AI protects your information

Short answer: Before anything is sent to an approved external AI service, PVology replaces organization, client, project and people names with placeholders and removes contact, bank and identity details. Requests containing passwords or keys are stopped.

What PVology does inside PVology, before any AI call:

Stops the request if it contains what looks like a password, API key, token or private key.

Removes emails, phone numbers, bank account numbers (IBAN), card numbers and ID numbers.

Replaces organization, client, project and people names with temporary placeholders that change on every request. The mapping stays in memory for that request only.

Checks the answer and only then puts the names back.

Never sends Restricted information (contracts, claims, extension of time, commercial rates, detailed financials and personal data).
