Why can't I join an organization with my company email?
Short answer: A company email address never adds you to an organization automatically. Request to join (an administrator approves it) or ask an administrator to invite you. Some organizations are hidden and join by invitation only.

Why:
Membership gives access to an organization's information, so PVology never adds anyone because of their email address, a link, the organization name or its ID. An administrator of the organization always decides.
