Why can't I access PVology Connect or an integration?

Short answer: PVology Connect has no separate plan or licence. In an organization you need the owner, administrator or Integration Administrator role to manage integrations; credentials and identity need an owner or administrator; and your organization's policies can switch a kind of integration off. "Why can't I?" next to a button gives the reason.
