Transformations and how dates stay on the right day

Short answer: Transformations are a fixed, typed list: trim, upper, lower or title case, date parsing with an explicit format and time zone, booleans, value lists, unit conversion, join and split, multiply or divide by a constant, lookups and defaults. No scripts. Dates without a time are kept as calendar dates, so time zones never move a due date.
