Why is SSO not working? Troubleshoot sign-in and authentication

Short answer: Single sign-on is prepared and tested in Connect → Identity but members cannot use it until PVology switches it on for your organization after a joint test; until then everyone signs in with their PVology account. For a failing Test sign-in, check the issuer, client ID, secret, redirect address and verified domains.
