Why am I rate limited? (HTTP 429)
Short answer: Each API client may send 120 requests a minute and 10,000 a day (Standard allowance); keys created before PVology Connect keep 60 a minute, and a workspace has a ceiling of 600 a minute. Over the limit, the API answers 429 with Retry-After: wait that long, then send again.
