How to start an improvement case
Short answer: Open Improvements → Start an improvement. Name the case and choose the methodology, then Define, Size, People and Access; choose Create improvement case. It gets a reference (IMP-0001 …) and shows what each step needs: the cause before a solution, criteria before implementation, verification before closure.
