How to start a value study from an improvement
Short answer: On the case's Countermeasures and approval tab choose Start value study (one study per case, with the problem, process, root cause and alternatives passed), or Related → Create value opportunity. Realized value from the ValueLens verified ledger shows on the Verification tab.
