How to set your organization's policies (sharing, exports, automations, integrations)

Short answer: Owners and administrators open Administration → Policies, choose the rules for external sharing, exports, automations and integrations, and choose Save policies. Policies only narrow what people can already do; every change is recorded in Security events.
