Review webhook deliveries (and why a webhook failed)
Short answer: Connect → Webhooks → Delivery log lists every delivery with its event, status, attempts and answer. Open Details for each attempt's time, answer code, answer time and error. Failed deliveries are retried after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours.

Your receiver did not get an event, or the endpoint shows Action required.
