How to reset or hide sample data
Short answer: Open Menu → Preferences → Sample data and choose Reset on a pack to restore it to its original state, or Hide to keep it but stop showing it. Choose Show to bring hidden sample data back.

Steps
- Open Menu → Preferences and choose Sample data.
- On the pack, choose Reset to return the sample records to their original state. Any changes you made to sample records are replaced.
- Or choose Hide to keep the sample data but stop showing it. Hide all hides every pack.
- To bring it back, choose Show on the pack.
