PVology Projects: common questions

Short answer: Projects needs the application in your plan and, in an organization, a Projects licence. Approvals need an owner or administrator. AI suggestions need AI Plus. Sample data can be added and removed at any time. Export CSV, Excel and schedule files are available.

Who can open Projects?

Projects must be in your plan. In an organization you also need a Projects licence, assigned in Administration → Licenses. A viewer licence gives read-only access. If Projects is missing, an owner or billing administrator can add it in Billing → Applications.

Who can approve?

Approving baselines, change decisions, reports, documents, work orders and stage gates, creating client links, and recording costs need an organization owner or administrator. In a personal workspace you can do these yourself. Cost rates are visible only to owners and administrators.

Is there AI help?

Yes, when available: Suggest risks, Suggest work breakdown, Draft narrative, document analysis suggestions and Propose lessons. It needs PVology AI Plus and your organization's AI policy, and is being switched on gradually.
