Track inspections, tests and defects (Quality)
Short answer: Switch on Quality in the project's Profile & settings → Optional modules, then open More → Quality. Add inspections, tests, checklists, defects, nonconformances and corrective actions; a record closes only when someone verifies it.

Steps
- Open the project, choose Profile & settings and switch on Quality under Optional modules.
- Open More → Quality and use Add a quality record: choose the type, title, owner, due date and, if you like, the linked activity or deliverable.
- Move the record along as work happens. To close it, choose Verify and close and record the result; you are recorded as the verifier with today's date.
