Plan project meetings and publish minutes

Short answer: Open the project and choose More → Meetings. Plan a meeting, keep the agenda and minutes, record actions and decisions, then publish the minutes. Published minutes are read-only and changed only by an amendment.

Steps

  1. Open the project, choose More → Meetings and fill in Plan a meeting. Give it a series name (for example Weekly progress) to repeat it easily.
  2. Open the meeting to add participants, the agenda and the minutes.
  3. Record actions (each with an owner and a due date) and decisions as they are agreed. Actions show in the owner's My Work; decisions go to the decision register.
  4. Choose Publish minutes. PVology records who published and when and tells the project team.
  5. Choose Copy as next meeting in series to create the next one; the agenda and the open actions are carried over.
