How to use the OpsCatalyst dashboards
Short answer: Open Dashboards from the Overview and choose Operations leader, Improvement manager, Process owner, or Problem owner or case lead. Each figure shows its formula and opens the records behind it; there is no single improvement score and no ranking of people.
